Before you decide anything

Experience what life here could actually feel like — not through a car window.

For anyone not ready for a buyer's agreement, who wants to come and properly understand where they could live, invest or relocate. Personally accompanied, individually designed.

You can't choose a life from a property portal.

Photographs tell you about a house. They tell you nothing about whether the village has a doctor, whether the beach is empty in February, how far the school run really is, or whether you'd feel at home in that particular valley on a wet Tuesday.

So come and find out — with someone who lives here, driving, explaining, and answering the questions you didn't know to ask.

How a tour works

Designed around you, before you ever get on the plane.

1 · Your personal profile

Before the trip: are you retiring, investing, relocating a family? Budget, property types, coast or country, sea proximity, airports, schools, healthcare, the life you're after.

2 · An itinerary built for you

Where to stay, where to eat, which beaches, which wineries, which towns — and which areas we think you should see even though you didn't ask.

3 · Accompanied personally

Your local guide, driver and relocation consultant, all in one person — for half a day, or five.

4 · Property & investment orientation

What things actually cost here, what your money buys in each area, and what to be careful of.

5 · Practical add-ons if useful

While you're here: an NIE appointment, a bank, a meeting with a lawyer or a property professional, a viewing or two.

6 · No obligation afterwards

A tour doesn't turn into a buyer's agreement. Most people simply know, by the end, what they want to do next.

Length & price

Half a day to five days — quoted per itinerary.

Tailor-Made Accompanied Tours from €1,500 + VAT, in ½-day, 1-day, 3-day, 4-day and 5-day itineraries, individually designed. We don't publish five fixed prices, because no two of these trips have ever been the same — tell us the shape of it and we'll quote you properly.

Where it usually leads

There's no obligation and no automatic upgrade. But the sequence tends to look like this:

Discover Galicia → identify the right location → explore properties → decide rent or buy → Buyer's Agent or Rental & Settlement → establish life here.

And if the answer at the end of the trip is "actually, not here" — that is a good outcome too, arrived at over four days instead of four years.

Or just a day, to begin with

If a full discovery trip is more than you need right now, a Tailor-Made Property & Area Tour starts from €250 — a personalised day of viewings, area orientation and general assistance, including help with appointments and introductions to local contacts.

What a viewing week looks like

A real itinerary from this summer — the names taken out, the shape kept.

A couple looking for a historic manor house to turn into a wedding venue and boutique B&B. Four properties across three provinces, the legal steps that can only be done in person, and the places between them. Every tour is built like this, around what you are actually looking for.
